Construction materials warehouse catches fire in Tashkent (video)

On April 28, a fire erupted in a construction materials warehouse located in Mirabad district, Tashkent, as reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

At 07:00 AM, authorities were alerted to a fire in a warehouse on G. Aliyev Street, Abdurauf Fitrat neighborhood. Fire rescue crews arrived at 07:02 AM, and the blaze was successfully extinguished by 08:33 AM.

The fire damaged approximately 500 square meters of the warehouse, affecting its interior and roof. A total of 12 fire rescue teams were deployed to tackle the flames. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Investigations are currently underway to determine the cause of the fire and the financial losses incurred. Officials from the Tashkent city and district emergency departments were present at the scene.

Previously, a carpet shop in Zangiata district, Tashkent region, caught fire, but no casualties were reported.
