A 19-year-old man was arrested in Tashkent for illegally selling Notcoin. This information was reported by the press service of the Tashkent City Courts.

On June 20 of this year, employees of the Tashkent city MDIA ITACD inspected the "TON" platform. As a result, M.A., who was born in the Andijan region in 2005, was found to have bought and transferred 8539 "NOT" cryptocurrency twice between June 1 and June 7 of this year through the "Ton space" section of Telegram without any relevant documents.

According to the National Agency for Prospective Projects, M.A. did not possess any license for crypto-asset circulation.

This case was reviewed on June 21 of this year by the Bektemir district court in Tashkent city. The court found M.A. guilty under part 1 of Article 155-4 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (violation of legislation in the field of crypto-asset circulation) and sentenced him to 7 days of administrative imprisonment.

Additionally, all data contained in the iPhone 13 Pro Max cell phone taken from M.A. was reported to be deleted, and the phone will be confiscated for the benefit of the state by the mandatory executive body.

It should be noted that a young student was previously imprisoned for 10 days for engaging in illegal crypto-asset activities.
