Blogger Heydar Aliyev, known by the nickname Gonzo, has been brought to administrative liability. QALAMPIR.UZ reviewed the court document.

According to the documents, he committed actions contrary to public order during a festival held in Tashkent on June 13 this year. It was noted that the blogger filmed some citizens without their consent and published the materials online.

It was also reported that he disobeyed the lawful demands of a law enforcement officer and used insulting language in a public place.

According to the court materials, on June 17, he distributed information affecting the honor and dignity of one of the citizens via Telegram.

At the court hearing, Heydar Aliyev expressed regret over his actions and said he was sorry for what he had done.

The victims asked the court to take measures within the law.

According to the court ruling, Heydar Aliyev was found guilty of committing offenses under Article 183, petty hooliganism, Article 194, Part 1, failure to comply with the lawful demands of an internal affairs officer, and Article 46-2, Part 1, violation of legislation on personal data, of the Code of Administrative Liability. He was sentenced to five days of administrative arrest.
