A conflict occurred between an employee of the Internal Affairs Department and a 15-year-old boy in Tashkent

A video showing a verbal conflict between a minor and an employee of the Internal Affairs Body is spreading on social networks and is provoking various discussions.

In the video, an employee of the Internal Affairs Body dragged the minor by his clothes out into the street.  He also abused a 15-year-old boy.

The leadership of the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Tashkent made an official statement regarding this situation.

It is noted that on 18 December of this year at approximately 2:30 p.m., 15-year-old U.S. called the emergency number “102” and reported that he had fought with employees of confectionery products in one of the shopping complexes in Bektemir district.  The employees of the district Internal Affairs Body, who arrived in connection with this report, were rude to the minor U.S.  

“The leadership of the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Tashkent condemns cases of rude treatment by employees towards citizens.  Regarding the situation in the video, a service check was ordered against the employees of the Internal Affairs Bodies, the service check will be completed in a short period of time, and strict measures will be taken against the guilty employees,” the official statement said.

Earlier, it was reported that an argument took place between an employee of the Internal Affairs Department and a businessman in Chilonzor district of Toshent city.
