Tomorrow, September 19, it is predicted that there will be 5-point magnetic storms in the city of Tashkent in the evening. The Institute of Astronomy of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan informed Qalampir.uz about this.
"At eight o'clock in the morning, magnetic storms are in a weak phase, and in the afternoon, the Kr index rises to 5-6 points. The storm will continue until the evening. In order to mitigate the negative effects of magnetic storms on the body, it is recommended to include fish and vegetable products in the diet and eat more. During the G3 level of magnetic storms, most people experience slight pain in the back of the head. At this time, such people are advised to move less and stay at home more," says an employee of the Institute of Astronomy.
It is reported that magnetic storms can last for a period of 3 hours.
