A person in Tashkent was apprehended for offering to secure enrollment in school for $3000

A swindler, arrested in Tashkent, had promised to facilitate university admission in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as reported by the Department for Combating Economic Crimes.

The swift arrest was coordinated by the Tashkent city administration in collaboration with the Safety Service of the State personnel.

During the operation, a suspect who arranged enrollment in a Kazakhstan university for $3,000, then falsely assured transfer to Samarkand Medical Academy, was apprehended with incriminating evidence.

Following this incident, a criminal case has been launched under Article 168 (fraud) and Article 28, 211 (bribery) of the Criminal Code, with ongoing investigations, according to the report.

It's worth recalling that on March 13th of this year, another fraudster, promising enrollment in Tashkent Medical Academy, was apprehended.
