A center for evaluating the qualifications of medical and pharmaceutical workers is established

In accordance with the relevant decision of the President on June 20, 2023, the center for evaluating the qualifications of medical and pharmaceutical workers was established. This was reported by the Ministry of Health.

According to it, the center performs the functions of attesting the theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and professional skills of medical and pharmaceutical workers and assigning them qualification categories. Also, by the relevant order of the Minister of Health, the procedure for submitting documents for the qualification category of medical and pharmaceutical workers and the new system of their attestation were approved.

In addition, an appeals commission for awarding qualification categories was established at the center, and the composition of 39 commissions was approved. Now, documents are accepted only in electronic form. Certifications are also conducted online through the ZOOM program. For your information, certifications for the qualification category will start on September 16 of this year.

We remind you that the Tourism Committee was reorganized under the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change of Uzbekistan. President Shavkat Mirziyoev's decision to appoint a new head of the committee was adopted.
