Man with a serious illness in Tatarstan returned to Uzbekistan

With the assistance of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan, a man suffering from a serious illness in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation, has been repatriated to Uzbekistan. This was reported by the "Dunyo" news agency.

According to the report, H.I., born in 1968, had traveled to Tatarstan for temporary work. Due to serious health complications that arose during his employment, he was hospitalized in a medical facility in Tatarstan. The patient later appealed to the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Kazan with a request to be returned home.

Staff at the Consulate General coordinated medical arrangements for his return in cooperation with healthcare professionals and promptly completed all necessary consular, legal, and logistical procedures.

In collaboration with Uzbekistan Airways and a representative of the Migration Agency, the Consulate General ensured H.I.'s safe return to his family on a Kazan–Tashkent flight.

It should be recalled that earlier, with the assistance of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Novosibirsk, a woman and her four children who had found themselves in a difficult life situation in Neryungri, Sakha Republic, Russia, were also repatriated to Uzbekistan.
