Traffic restored at the Takhtaqoracha Pass

Today, January 17, traffic has been restored at the Takhtaqoracha Pass, which runs through the Urgut district of Samarkand Region. This was reported by the regional Road Traffic Safety Department.
According to the report, vehicle movement on the Takhtaqoracha Pass section of the M-39 Almaty–Bishkek–Tashkent–Shahrisabz highway resumed after weather conditions improved and the road surface was cleared.
Drivers have been urged to observe caution while traveling through the pass and to strictly comply with traffic safety regulations.
For reference, traffic on the pass had been restricted starting from 21:30 on January 16.
