An Uzbek man who once pursued business in Moscow abandoned his peaceful life to join terrorist ranks in Syria, prompting an international search, as reported by the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent city.

Born in 1970 in Qorgontepa, Tajikistan, Alisher Tojiboyev initially worked and traveled to Moscow for employment opportunities. Influenced by a Chechen individual named Islam in 2004, while engaged in construction work, he established a congregation in Moscow, propagating extremist ideologies.

In 2008, Tojiboyev expanded his influence by opening a restaurant called "Halal" in Moscow, where he recruited acquaintances, poisoned their minds with extremist ideas, and grew his congregation.

A criminal case was initiated against Tojiboyev in 2012 under Article 244 of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan, Part 1. He has been evading investigation since then.

In 2013, Tojiboev, now a subject of special search, traveled from Moscow to Turkey, and then to Syria, where he is currently associated with international terrorist groups.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has intensified such searches, targeting individuals like Abduvahob Abdurahimov, Jaloliddin Mansurov, Mirolim Olmasov, Dilshod Qodirov, Aziz Toshkentboyev, and Sharif Ubaydullayev in previous instances.
