Individual was arrested for distributing indecent photos of former partner

In the Kashkadarya region, a citizen who distributed intimate photos of his ex-lover was arrested. This was reported by the Cyber Security Center of the Department of Rapid Investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

It was noted that Z.Z., who lives in the Kashkadarya region, called the internal affairs authorities and reported that her shameful photos and videos were distributed by an unknown person on the Telegram messenger.

As a result of the rapid search activities carried out by the cyber security units, it was found that this crime was committed by K.A., a resident of the Kashkadarya region.

X.A., who was involved in the investigative bodies as a suspect, was known to have been in a romantic relationship with the woman for some time and had obtained and distributed her various indecent photos through the Telegram messenger.

In connection with this situation, a criminal case was initiated against X.A. under Article 141-3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Disclosure of information that degrades the honor and dignity of a person and reflects the private aspects of human life).
