13-year-old girl was found murdered in her home in Syrdarya

13839A 13-year-old girl was discovered with signs of murder in the guest section of her house in Yangiyer, Syrdarya region. Hayot Shamsutdinov, the press secretary of the General Prosecutor's Office, informed QALAMPIR.UZ.
On July 3 at around 19:30, S.M., a tenant in one of the houses in the "Shukrona'' neighborhood of Yangiyer City, reported to the city medical association. He stated that upon returning home from work around 19:00, he found the body of his 13-year-old daughter, S.K., born in 2011, in the living room. The rapid investigation team inspected the scene and collected fingerprints, two pillows, two beer bottles, and two locks as evidence.
The external examination of the girl's body revealed bruises on the left side of her forehead, the middle part of her left and right neck, the middle part of her left hip, and a linear bruise on the right side of her abdomen. According to the initial forensic report from July 3, the cause of death was identified as mechanical asphyxia due to neck compression.
That same day, the regional prosecutor's office opened a criminal case under Article 97, Part 1 (Deliberate Murder) of the Criminal Code. The Department of Investigation of Serious Crimes of the Regional Prosecutor's Office is currently conducting the preliminary investigation.
Previously in Tashkent, a 31-year-old man was reported to have stabbed and killed the 3-year-old son of his partner, who was born from her first marriage and was living with him without legal marriage.
