The date for the next fight of UFC fighter Shavkat Rahmonov, who hails from Kazakhstan but was born in Uzbekistan, is expected to be announced following the UFC event on September 14. Dana White, the head of the UFC, shared this information on his Instagram page.
White indicated that Rahmonov's fight is anticipated after the UFC tournament in Las Vegas.
He stated, "Shaukat will fight soon. I won’t reveal any more details until the UFC in Las Vegas is over."
For context, Rahmonov has not fought since December of the previous year, when he secured a victory over Stephen Thompson with a second-round choke. Since then, he has been recovering from an injury.
