Uzbekistan will cooperate with Turkey in the exchange of information on the passage of goods and transport across borders. This is mentioned in the decision of the President of Uzbekistan "On approval of the international agreement" adopted today, 26 October.

By the decision, a protocol on advance information exchange between the governments of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Turkey on the passage of goods and vehicles across state borders was approved.

This protocol was signed on 29 March 2022, in Tashkent.

The State Customs Committee was designated as the authorized body responsible for the implementation of this international agreement.

The Cabinet of Ministers and heads of relevant ministries and departments shall ensure the fulfillment of Uzbekistan's obligations after this international agreement comes into force.
