Shavkat Mirziyoyev left for France

On the invitation of the President of the Republic of France Emmanuel Macron, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev travelled to the country on an official visit today, 21 November.  This was reported by the Press Service of the President of Uzbekistan.

It is noted that, according to the program of the visit, high-level negotiations and a meeting at the French National Assembly are planned at the Elysée Palace in Paris.

Current issues of expanding multilateral cooperation in priority areas will be considered. Opinions are exchanged on issues of international and regional importance.

The head of Uzbekistan will also hold a meeting with representatives of leading French companies.

Visiting the Louvre Museum and the Institute of the Arab World, "Treasures of the Oases of Uzbekistan" is dedicated to the rich cultural heritage of the Uzbek people.  At the crossroads of caravan roads" and "Road to Samarkand, the "Miracles of Silk and Gold" exhibition is also intended to be visited. 

We remind you that Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited this country for the first time during the first term of his presidency - on 8-9 October 2018.
