Sharaf Rashidov's granddaughter becomes a deputy

Nadira Rashidova, the granddaughter of prominent statesman Sharof Rashidov, has been elected to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis. The "Adolat" Social-Democratic Party, which nominated her, reported her election.
By decision of the Central Election Commission, Nadira Ilhomovna Rashidova was appointed as a deputy in the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, representing the party’s list in the single electoral district.
Nadira Rashidova was born in 1973 and began her career in 1996 at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. In 2009, she continued her work in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
It is noteworthy that Nadira Rashidova’s father, Ilhom Sharofovich Rashidov, passed away in September this year at the age of 72.
