President of Serbia arrives in Uzbekistan

Today, October 28, President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić arrived in Uzbekistan on an official visit at the invitation of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, accompanied by his wife, UzA reported.
According to the report, Aleksandar Vučić was welcomed at Tashkent International Airport by Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov and other officials.
As part of the visit, talks will be held in Tashkent to discuss prospects for further strengthening cooperation between Uzbekistan and Serbia.
Additionally, Aleksandar Vučić will take part as an honorary guest in the 43rd session of the UNESCO General Conference, which will begin this week in Samarkand.
Earlier, Momčilo Babić was appointed as Serbia’s new Ambassador to Uzbekistan.
