A woman who beat two nurses in Samarkand is sentenced

On February 2 of this year, we reported that a quarrel broke out between the employees of the planned surgery department of the hospital in Payariq district of Samarkand region.  The criminal case initiated in connection with this situation was considered in court.  Sadriddin Nabiyev, press secretary of the regional court, informed KALAMPIR.UZ about this.

According to him, on August 8 of this year, a mobile court session was held at Chelak Medical Association No. 1 in Payarik District in connection with this criminal case.

In it, the victim said that the two medical workers (women) had settled in the surgical department of the defendant A.N. and asked to be transferred to another department, as well as to be given a legal punishment.

According to the court verdict, A.N.  He was found guilty under part 2 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code (intentionally causing minor bodily harm) and was sentenced to 1 year of imprisonment.

We remind you that earlier it was reported that a citizen who insulted a nurse in the polyclinic located in the village of Alakarga, Yakkabog District, Kashkadarya Region, was imprisoned for 15 days.
