Parents of hooligans punished in Samarkand (video)

Videos of minors in the Samarkand region causing a brawl on the street and mocking girls have been circulating on social networks. The regional Department of Internal Affairs has commented on this incident.

It is noted that the incident occurred on March 22 of this year at around 01:00 in the Samarkand tourist center located in the "Koshtamgali" municipal district of Samarkand district. The young men in the video quarreled with people they did not know before and committed various immoral acts, disregarding the rules of conduct in society.

During the investigation, it was found that 7 of these 10 people were minors. Pre-investigation measures were taken into account in the investigation of the incident, and the collected documents were sent to the judicial authorities. The Samarkand District Court for Criminal Cases sentenced 3 people to 15 days of administrative detention. The parents of the minors were issued a report under Article 47 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (Failure to fulfill obligations regarding the upbringing and education of children) and fined accordingly.

Also, a critical discussion was held with the participation of the parents of the three adult citizens and 7 teenagers who committed this incident, as well as the heads of the schools where they study, and explanatory work was carried out.

It should be recalled that earlier in the Fergana region, a quarrel broke out as a result of a road accident between a 23-year-old citizen and 4 people.
