Saida Mirziyoyeva meets senior Russian official

On April 15, Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan Saida Mirziyoyeva held talks with Sergey Kiriyenko, First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of the Russia, who is currently on a working visit to the country. Mirziyoyeva announced the meeting on her Telegram channel.

According to her statement, the meeting focused on the implementation of agreements reached between the leaders of the two countries.

“Joint projects in trade, the economy, energy, and IT were at the center of attention. Issues related to developing cooperation between the presidential administrations in areas such as education, employment, and youth policy were also discussed,” Mirziyoyeva said.

Earlier, it was reported that President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received a delegation led by Sergey Kiriyenko. During that meeting, the sides discussed the implementation of agreements reached at the highest level within the framework of strengthening strategic partnership and allied relations between Uzbekistan and Russia.
