6125A group of Uzbek children who were neglected in Russia has been returned to Uzbekistan, according to the "Dunyo" news agency.
With the assistance of the Consulate General, Uzbek children under the age of 14, who had been left unattended in the cities of Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Krasnoyarsk, and Vladivostok, were gathered in Krasnoyarsk, the capital of Siberia.
"The Consulate General made every effort to obtain the necessary documents from Russian authorities as quickly as possible. They also ensured that the children received hot meals on time. Currently, a total of eight children, whose parents were unable to care for them due to various circumstances, have safely arrived in Uzbekistan," the report states.
It is worth noting that earlier, 74 Uzbeks who had illegally traveled to the USA were also sent back.
