More than 182 billion soms were allocated for the expenses of the referendum. Adham Ibodullayev, a member of the Central Election Commission, informed us about this today, 16 March.
It is noted that together with the Central Election Commission and the Ministry of Economy and Finance, an estimate of expenses related to the preparation and holding of the referendum on amendments to the Constitution was developed.
According to Adham Ibodullayev, it is planned to allocate 182 billion 386 million soms from the state budget for the expenses of the referendum.
He added that 230 billion 530 million soms were allocated from the state budget for the elections to the parliament and local councils in 2019.
As it is known, this cost estimate was formed within the funds set in the state budget and agreed with the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
