1573"Yangiyul Yog-Moy" JSC has faced appropriate measures for engaging in manipulative actions, as reported by the Committee for the Development of Competition and Protection of Consumer Rights.
According to Paragraph 29 of the regulation on the procedure for the sale of highly liquid and monopolistic products in the stock market, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on March 18, 2020, No. 170, the anti-monopoly body is responsible for continuously monitoring stock prices.
As a result of this monitoring, it was found that in February 2024, "Yangiyul Yog-Moy" JSC had planned to list more than 10 tons of soap products worth approximately 250 million soums on the stock market based on the approved schedule and volume. However, it was discovered that this product was not made available for sale.
It should be noted that Paragraph 18 of Article 311 of the Regulation, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 170 on March 18, 2020, considers the "Sale of highly liquid and/or monopoly products under direct contracts" as manipulative actions.
By the above, a case was initiated against "Yangiyul Yog-Moy" JSC by the regional administration for signs of violating the requirements of the Regulation, as approved by Article 29 of the Law "On Competition" and the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 170. An appropriate measure of influence was applied according to the established procedure.
It is worth noting that earlier, in July-August of this year, state procurements worth about 20 billion soums were prevented from being carried out in violation of the law.
