The President makes a decision on hosting the World Cup

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan has issued a decision on measures to prepare for and host the Futsal World Championship, which will take place in Uzbekistan from September 14 to October 6 this year.

As part of this decision, extensive preparations will be carried out in the cities of Andijan, Bukhara, and Tashkent to ensure the 2024 Futsal World Championship is organized and conducted at a high standard.

In June and August 2024, a "Trophy Experience" tour will be developed and implemented across the republic to showcase the World Cup trophy to the public.

During the World Cup, a special online platform will be established to identify accredited individuals and manage ticket registration and verification using modern technologies such as QR codes.

From August to October 2024, accredited individuals, as well as foreign and domestic fans with World Cup tickets, will receive a 50 percent discount on railway tickets.

Accredited individuals and ticket holders will also enjoy free public transportation (bus and subway) on match days during the World Cup.
