Changes in Presidential Advisors were announced

The positions of several advisors to the President of Uzbekistan have been reshuffled following decrees signed by the President.

Ruslanbek Kuroltaevich Davletov was appointed as an advisor to the President on socio-political, religious-educational, and youth issues. He was previously serving as an advisor on socio-political development issues, a role he assumed in November 2022 after serving as Minister of Justice from 2017 to 2022.

Sukhrob Jorakulovich Yusupov was appointed as a deputy advisor to the President on socio-political, religious-educational, and youth issues, succeeding his previous role as deputy advisor on socio-political development issues.

Adham Murodovich Turdiev has also been appointed as a deputy advisor to the President on socio-political, religious-educational, and youth issues, transitioning from his role as head of a branch in the Presidential Administration.

Muzaffar Murodovich Komilov, who had served as an advisor to the President on religion and inter-ethnic relations since February 2022, was released from his position due to a transfer to another job. Komilov previously served as the first deputy chairman of the Committee on Religious Affairs from 2018 to 2022.

Similarly, Olim Odilovich Soliev, a deputy advisor on religion and inter-ethnic relations, was also released due to a job transfer.

It is worth noting that Abdusalom Abdumavlonovich Azizov, the former head of the State Security Service, was recently appointed as a deputy advisor to the President on socio-political, religious-educational, and youth issues.
