Strong winds and localized dust storms are expected in parts of Uzbekistan, including Tashkent, today, July 20, according to the Uzbekhydromet.
According to the agency, wind speeds across the country are expected to strengthen to 13–18 m/s during the day. In some areas of the Bukhara, Navoi, Samarkand, Jizzakh, and Kashkadarya regions, winds may occasionally reach 20–22 m/s and could be accompanied by dust storms.
In the capital, wind speeds are expected to increase to 12–15 m/s, with localized dust storms also possible in some areas.
