On December 2, videos were shared on social media showing an unknown man hanging from a tree at a clinic in Tashkent. QALAMPIR.UZ visited the scene of the incident.
The event took place in a garden behind Family Clinic No. 20, located in the 1/2 Karakamish 1/2 district of the “Islom Ota” neighborhood in the Almazar district. The man reportedly took his own life by hanging himself from a tree with a rope.
According to Azizbek Nizomov, head of the Almazar district medical association, the deceased was neither a clinic employee nor a patient. Instead, he was a local resident of the area.
The scene was examined, material evidence was collected, and a forensic medical examination was initiated.
Pre-investigation procedures are currently underway, and further information will be provided based on the results.
