Winning projects of the “Initiative Budget” announced

The results of the first season of the 2025 “Initiative Budget” process have been announced on the “Initiative Budget” portal. A total of 10.45 million votes were cast across Uzbekistan during the process, according to the Ministry of Economy and Finance.  

Based on the voting results, 2,369 projects with a total budget of 3.2 trillion sums were declared winners.  

Meanwhile, due to reports of compulsory voting in the Kuva district, the projects affected by this issue are currently under review. The final list of winning projects for the district will be announced after the verification process is completed.  

For reference, project submissions for the first season of the 2025 “Initiative Budget” took place from February 1 to 20, while voting was conducted from March 11 to 20. As expected, the results were revealed today, March 21, coinciding with the Nowruz holiday.
