Otabek Shukurov, a prominent player for Uzbekistan's national team, has expressed no disappointment over his exclusion from the final lineup for the Paris 2024 Olympics, in an interview with QALAMPIR.UZ, Shukurov addressed his feelings on the matter.
"Although I won't be participating in the Olympics, I'm not upset with the coaches' decision. It's more important for the players who worked hard to secure our place to go to Paris. It would be unfair to exclude any of those who helped us qualify during the Asian Championship. I trust that the coaches have selected the necessary players, and I wish them all the best," Shukurov stated.
It's worth noting that the final roster of Uzbekistan's Olympic team for this significant four-year sports event has been officially announced.
