On the morning of February 23, the UFC Fight Night tournament took place in Seattle, USA. Among the competitors, Uzbek fighter Nursultan Ruziboev entered the octagon and achieved victory.
During the bout against American Eric McConnico, Ruziboev relentlessly struck his opponent in the 2nd round. Unable to defend himself, McConnico prompted the referee to stop the fight.
"My coaches and I planned to fight at a distance. I am ready to fight at 77 and 84 kg," said Ruziboev.
Thus, 31-year-old Ruziboev recorded his 3rd victory in his 4th fight in the UFC, while McConnico faced defeat in his debut in the organization.
