It was found that two clusters received unjustified income in Navoi

It was reported that the average selling price of the products was formed in four instances in the previous stock market due to the failure to place technical seed products obtained from the cotton harvest in March-July 2024 on the market in accordance with the marketing schedules of "Khudoshukur Bobo Cluster" LLC in the region. The price difference resulted in unjustified income.

Additionally, in October 2023 and August 2024, LLC "Navbahor Tekstil" received unjustified profits in four cases for not selling technical seed products in the volumes stipulated in the stock market sales schedules.

In response to these violations, a Special Commission initiated cases against the cluster enterprises for breaching the requirements of the Regulation, approved under Article 29 of the Law "On Competition" and Cabinet of Ministers Decision No. 170, to eliminate these legal violations and prevent future occurrences. Instructions were given, and appropriate measures were taken.

For reference, according to the Regulation "On the Procedure for Selling Highly Liquid and Monopolistic Products on the Stock Market" approved by Cabinet of Ministers Decision No. 170, the anti-monopoly body is tasked with continuously monitoring stock prices.
