Niva car fire quickly contained at Namangan gas station

On December 3, a Niva car was destroyed by fire at a gas station in the Pop district of Namangan region, according to the regional Emergency Situations Department's information service.

Reports indicate that on December 3, 2024, at 18:06, the ESD received an emergency call about a Lada Niva car ablaze at a gas station owned by LLC Avtomobillara, located in the Chinor neighborhood of Pop district. Fire and rescue teams arrived promptly at 18:12, and the fire was fully extinguished by 18:19.

“There were no injuries or fatalities as a result of the incident,” stated the ESD report.

Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the fire and assessing the damages.

It is worth noting that on November 24, a Spark driving in a residential neighborhood in Tashkent collided with a parked Epica, resulting in a fire that engulfed both vehicles.
