Mirziyoyev's visit to Turkey concludes

The productive Uzbekistan-Turkey summit in Ankara has concluded, as reported by the President's press service.

During the official visit of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan, several high-level events took place. The presidents met privately and convened the third meeting of the Strategic Cooperation Council.

The talks resulted in a joint declaration and the signing of 19 bilateral documents aimed at enhancing the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two nations.

For the first time, the presidents held a joint session with the leaders of major enterprises and companies.

A ceremony was held to award Shavkat Mirziyoyev the highest state honor of Turkey, the "Insignia of the Republic of Turkey."

Upon the conclusion of the visit, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and his wife were seen off by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his wife at Esenboğa International Airport.

President Mirziyoyev then departed for Tashkent.
