Mirziyoyev's visit to Kuwait ends with high-level meetings

Today, on February 18, the official visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, to the State of Kuwait concluded, as reported by the President's press service.  

President Mirziyoyev was seen off at Al-Kuwait International Airport by Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Sabah and other officials.  

Mirziyoyev arrived in Kuwait on February 17 at the invitation of the Emir of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishaal Al-Sabah. During his visit, he held a private meeting and official negotiations with the Emir at the Al-Bayan Palace in Kuwait City. Following the talks, a solemn reception was held in his honor, attended by heads of diplomatic missions in Kuwait.  

Additionally, President Mirziyoyev met with a delegation led by the country's Acting Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahd Al-Sabah, at his residence in Kuwait. On February 18, he also met with Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Sabah to discuss strengthening bilateral relations.
