Mirziyoyev congratulates Japarov on the New Year

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan extended his New Year greetings to President Sadir Japarov of Kyrgyzstan and the people of Kyrgyzstan. This was reported by the press service of the President of Kyrgyzstan.

“It is a great pleasure for me to sincerely congratulate you and the people of the fraternal Kyrgyz Republic on the arrival of the New Year 2025 and to send my best wishes,” the President said in his opening remarks.

In his message, Mirziyoyev acknowledged the significant political and socio-economic reforms being implemented under Japarov’s leadership, which have contributed to the rapid development of all sectors in Kyrgyzstan.

He also emphasized that, thanks to strong political will and the effectiveness of mutual efforts, the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan has been deepening in recent years.

"I am confident that comprehensive and long-term cooperation will continue to flourish in the spirit of mutual trust, respect, and support for the common prosperity of our two fraternal peoples," the message concluded.

Additionally, it is worth noting that on New Year’s Eve, Shavkat Mirziyoyev also congratulated Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Nursultan Nazarbayev, and received a congratulatory letter from Vladimir Putin.
