Mirziyoyev convened a session with governors from valley regions

On March 25th, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev convened a meeting in Namangan city, joined by governors from Namangan, Andijan, and Fergana regions along with economic officials, as reported by the President's press office.

The discussion primarily centered on strategies to enhance local income, drawing insights from Saykhunobod's experiences and leveraging neighborhood resources, properties, and residences.

Officials highlighted the integration of administration and economic personnel into local neighborhoods, residing in apartments to assess available opportunities.

For instance, residents with gardens are encouraged to optimize their usage, showcasing potential income boosts to 60-70 million soums. Those interested in crafts receive support with materials, equipment, and capital, while aspiring entrepreneurs are offered business projects.

Emphasis was placed on the proactive role of commercial banks in fostering job creation among their client enterprises, utilizing state-allocated resources to support local initiatives and employment.

Allocation of significant state resources to banks underscores the importance of directing funds towards grassroots initiatives, contributing to economic growth through job creation and increased purchasing power.

The initiative entails establishing small-scale processing facilities in households, providing training for product manufacturing, and fostering cooperation and home-based agriculture.

Furthermore, it was stressed that households could benefit from cultivating and exporting diverse fruits and vegetables, utilizing allocated farmlands for agriculture, livestock, poultry, fishing, and beekeeping.

It's worth noting that during President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's visit to the Namangan region, he shared a meal with valley leaders.
