Mirziyoyev and Scholz launch a school for training management personnel

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Federal Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz participated in the launch ceremony of the joint management personnel training school. This was reported by the President's press service.

The project was implemented by the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Public Service Development Agency, in cooperation with the Hans Seidel Foundation and the Bavarian School of Public Administration. The leaders were briefed on the project via video communication.

The main goals and tasks of the school are to enhance the capacity of management personnel in the republic for socio-economic development, attract foreign investments, and master advanced technologies.

For your information, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz paid an official visit to Uzbekistan on September 15. President Mirziyoyev met Scholz at Registan Square. At the end of the negotiations held in Samarkand, a Joint Declaration was adopted, and eight bilateral documents were signed during the official visit. Today, September 16, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz held a meeting with representatives of leading companies and banks from both countries in Samarkand.
