Today, March 21, a festive Navruz celebration was held in the New Uzbekistan Park with the participation of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. The President spoke at the solemn event and congratulated everyone on the holiday of Navruz.

“I sincerely congratulate you, dear ones, and all our multinational people on the ancient and ever-young holiday of Navruz, the world.

We express our infinite gratitude to the Creator for the fact that we are celebrating this bright day peacefully and peacefully with our fifty countries.

This year's Navruz falls in the holy month of Ramadan, in harmony with its blessed virtues, giving the holiday a special spirit, special grace and joy.

In such blessed days, when our hearts are filled with joy, we once again congratulate the believers and Muslims of our country and the entire Islamic community on the holy month of Ramadan, and we wish that all our pure intentions will be fulfilled.

We also sincerely congratulate and express our sincere wishes to our compatriots living in foreign countries with love and longing for their homeland.

May such glorious and great days be blessed for all of us!” said Mirziyoyev.

As is known, Navruz is a great holiday that has always been given special attention in the 3 thousand-year history of statehood with its unparalleled spiritual significance. There are so many scientific, historical and artistic works written about this priceless holiday that they have rightfully become immortal masterpieces of our national heritage. It is a true miracle that the Uzbek people have preserved this holiday with its noble nature and values, even in difficult and trying times, for centuries.

“The fact that the unique beauty, humanistic spirit and profound philosophy of Navruz continue to amaze all of humanity even in the era of globalization indicates its eternal essence and life-giving power.

In particular, such noble virtues as the harmony of man with nature and the universe, the desire for creativity, zeal and courage, mutual understanding, love and generosity are more vividly reflected in the image of Navruz.

During Navruz, our great-grandfathers, thinking about the prosperity of our food and table, give their love to mother earth, and strive hard for a bountiful harvest.

In this sense, the words of our great-grandfather Mir Alisher Navoi “The farmer, scattering grains, opens the way for sustenance by breaking the earth” contain a deep vital meaning.

In this spring, when the taste of labor and creativity, awakening and rejuvenation is increasingly strong in our hearts, We express special respect to our hardworking peasants and farmers, gardeners and cattle breeders.

Undoubtedly, the spirit of high creativity is consistent with the true meaning and noble ideas of the great reforms and rapid changes being carried out in our New Uzbekistan.

Today, in our country, we are taking decisive steps to glorify human dignity, strengthen the principles of social justice, and raise the incomes and living standards of the population.

Many modern industrial complexes, infrastructure and logistics networks, automobile and railways are being built in our country.

The business, IT and tourism sectors are developing rapidly.

Thousands of new buildings and houses, kindergartens and schools, universities, hospitals, cultural and sports facilities are being built.

The appearance of our cities and villages, our entire country is becoming more and more beautiful and prosperous.

A new ecological environment is being created in our land within the framework of the national project "Green Space".

Every year, high ecological and cultural values, such as planting millions of seedlings, creating green gardens, preserving the animal world, and using every inch of land productively, are becoming an integral part of our daily lives.

I am sure that our great work within the framework of the state program “Environmental Protection and the Year of the “Green” Economy” will take these processes to an even higher level.

As is known, in ancient times, our people called Navruz the “beginning of the year”. Like our ancestors, we also make good intentions on this wonderful day:

May our Eastern New Year be blessed, may our rivers be filled with water, and our barns be filled with harvest!

May our creative builders, our dear and respected teachers, our devoted doctors, our zealous entrepreneurs who are the backbone of our economy, and the guardians of our country always be healthy and safe!

May the high goals and grand plans we have set for ourselves be fully realized!” says the President.

The Head of State also said that everyone is witnessing that young people, who enter life with great dreams and hopes, are becoming a progressive and powerful force of New Uzbekistan. He expressed his immense joy that the courageous and courageous actions of determined, talented children are having a great impact all over the world.

“Today, those who manage high-tech enterprises in our country are mainly our educated and qualified youth.

It is our intelligent, energetic and enterprising sons and daughters who give new strength and momentum to the development of entrepreneurship.

The soldiers and officers who are always vigilant at our borders are also our brave and courageous sons.

It is the youth who glorify our Motherland to the world in the fields of science, culture, literature and art.

In particular, our young athletes have a special place and contribution in making our country famous in the world.

Glory be to such a noble generation who is worthy of our nation in every way!

My dear children, the time has come for you to shine as bright stars in the sky of our Motherland.

On the way to this great goal, thinkers such as Abdukholiq G'ijduvani, Bahauddin Naqshband, Mirzo Ulug'bek, Zulfiyakhanim, Azod Sharafiddinov, Abdulla Oripov, who were born in this season of Nowruz, are real role models for you.

Work tirelessly to turn the incomparable opportunities in our country into practical results!

No matter where you are, in what field you work, be worthy and loyal to our national values, our identity, our Motherland!

Never forget that behind you is a great nation of about 38 million people, the President.

May you always be blessed with good luck and victories!” said the President.

It was noted that the unique magic and charm of Navruz is expressed, first of all, in the folk festivals and festive celebrations held in about nine and a half thousand mahallas. The role and influence of the mahalla system in life, which embodies many thousand-year-old traditions and modern values, is growing. In particular, the fact that we are solving various problems and issues in the mahallas themselves is dramatically increasing the popularity and effectiveness of our reforms. After all, such important tasks as educating youth, ensuring peace, reducing poverty, attracting the population to entrepreneurship, social protection and strengthening women's activity, ecology and prosperity are being effectively solved through the mahalla seven system.

“As you know, this year, elections for mahalla chairmen will be held in our country.

I believe that our people will vote for our selfless and patriotic compatriots in this responsible process.

The comprehensive development of mahallas will continue to be the focus of our attention.

Taking this opportunity, I would like to sincerely congratulate all our compatriots and mahalla activists on the Day of Mahalla System Workers, which will be widely celebrated in our country tomorrow, March 22, and wish them great success in their honorable activities,” Mirziyoyev said.

The President also said that Navruz has always been a vivid symbol of loyalty to national and universal values, the principles of a secular state, and the ideas of tolerance, true friendship, and cooperation. According to him, this holiday has become a beloved and truly national holiday for representatives of all nationalities and ethnic groups in Uzbekistan.

“In these joyful moments, I would like to address all our people and say:

Our strength is in unity and harmony,

Our power is in love and loyalty to the Motherland,

Our success is in our high confidence in ourselves!

The fact that Navruz has been recognized as an international holiday by the United Nations gives us special satisfaction.

Navruz is currently further uniting all peoples, including the peoples of Central Asia.

Taking advantage of this opportunity, I warmly congratulate all the people of good intentions living in our vast region on behalf of our people and country.

May our region, which is becoming a place of friendship, brotherhood and cooperation in the true sense of the word, always be peaceful and always flourish!

At this point, I would like to address the esteemed intellectuals, representatives of science, culture, art and literature of our region.

Dear friends, you are a unique talent, mind and thought. If you create works that glorify our eternal brotherhood, our common values and traditions, and our noble aspirations, and contribute to educating our youth in this spirit, our people will certainly be grateful to you.

Such perfect examples of creativity will undoubtedly serve as a strong spiritual shield for our peoples, especially our younger generations, in today's dangerous times.

I believe that the trilateral meeting of the leaders of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan in the ancient city of Khujand at the end of this month will be another practical step on this path.

Taking this opportunity, we sincerely congratulate the esteemed ambassadors of foreign countries, representatives of all diplomatic corps and international organizations participating in our holiday today on the INTERNATIONAL Day of Navruz.

We send our greetings of friendship to your countries and peoples.

Dear compatriots!

In these unforgettable, joyful moments, I once again congratulate you, dear ones, and all our compatriots on the holiday of Navruz.

I wish peace, happiness, and blessings to every home and our entire country!

May your values be eternal, Navruz!

May the world be blessed with Navruz!” said the leader of Uzbekistan.
