Mirziyoyev congratulates the Paralympic champions by phone

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev had a telephone conversation with Asila Mirzayorova and Qudratillakhon Marufkhujaev, who won the first gold medals for the national team at the Paralympic Games in Paris, France. This was reported by the President's press service.
The head of state congratulated them and expressed gratitude to their coaches and parents. He also extended his congratulations to the other prize-winners and participating athletes, wishing them continued success.
Asila Mirzayorova achieved a distance of 5.22 meters in the long jump, breaking a 30-year-old Paralympic record. Qudratillakhon Marufkhujaev triumphed in the shot put competition.
