Mirziyoyev awards two Kyrgyz artists

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev awarded two Kyrgyz artists with honorary titles. The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the awarding of honorary titles to a group of representatives from the spheres of culture and art of the Kyrgyz Republic" was signed.

According to the decree, the following individuals were honored:

Awarded the honorary title of "People's Artist of the Republic of Uzbekistan":

- Nur Santashevich Omurbayev, Artistic Director and Chief Conductor of the Kyrgyz National Philharmonic Orchestra named after T. Satilganov.

Awarded the honorary title of "Honored Artist of the Republic of Uzbekistan":

- Duyshenbek uulu Zokirbek, freelance artist and komuz musician in the Kyrgyz Republic.

It is worth noting that previously, the honorary title of People's Artist of Uzbekistan was awarded to Azerbaijani singer and diplomat Pulat Bulbuloglu, as well as Tajik artists Mirali Dostizoda, Ismail Nazriyev, Furqat Saidov, Tolqin Tajiboyev, and Rahmatullo Hoshimov. They were granted the title of "People's Artist of the Republic of Uzbekistan."
