Mirziyoyev awarded Erdogan and Berdimuhamedov with the “High Order of the Turkish World”

The President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and the Chairman of the People's Council of the National Council of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, were awarded the "High Order of the Turkic World".

Today, on 11 November, an awarding ceremony for high-ranking guests is being held in Samarkand within the framework of the summit of the Organization of Turkic States.

The chairman of the People's Council of the National Council of Estonia awarded Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov with the "High Order of the Turkish World".

It should be noted that this award has been given to the participants of the summit since 2019.  At the summit held in Baku, the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev presented this order to the first President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev.

In 2021, the President of Turkey awarded the leader of Azerbaijan with the same order.

Also, the late famous writer Chingiz Aitmatov was awarded the Alisher Navoi international award for his contribution to the unity of the Turkic world.

We remind you that yesterday, on 10 November, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev awarded the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan with the Order of "High-ranking Imam Bukhari".
