At the invitation of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, departed for Astana on the morning of September 17 to participate in the second "Central Asia - Germany" summit. The President's press service reported this.
It is noted that current issues related to the further expansion of multilateral cooperation will be discussed at the event, with an exchange of views on the prospects of regional collaboration.
The leaders will also hold a meeting with the heads of major German companies and banks.
