On the night of 2 August, a post appeared on the VKontakte page of Dmitry Medvedev, the deputy head of the security council of the Russian Federation, discussing the restoration of the borders of the Russian Federation and issues related to neighboring countries.

Ksenia Sobchak noticed the post, which was deleted within 10 minutes, and she published screenshots of the deleted post.  It is not known whether Medvedev actually wrote this post or whether his page was hacked.  The deputy head of the security council of the Russian Federation has not yet commented on this.

According to the post, "The Russian land will be united again after the liberation of Kyiv and all the territories of Little Russia from the nationalists."

"We are going to the next march to restore the borders of our Motherland, as you know, it will not end anywhere," -the author of the post wrote.

According to the message, a country like Georgia did not exist before 1801, and it appeared only on the borders of the Russian Empire.

"North and South Ossetia, Abkhazia, and the rest of Georgia can be united only with Russia as part of a single state," the author commented.

The post also has a few words about Kazakhstan: it is an "artificial state" and "former Russian territories" and the country's government is relocating various ethnic groups in what can be classified as "A Russian genocide."

"We don't want to ignore it.  There will be no order until the Russians come there," – the post concluded.
