Five documents are expected to be signed at the summit of Central Asian leaders

The meeting of the leaders of the Central Asian countries will be held in Dushanbe on September 14-15. According to reports from the "Neytralnyy Turkmenistan" newspaper, a package of five documents is planned to be signed as a result of this meeting.

These documents include:

1. A joint statement by the leaders of the Central Asian countries.
2. An agreement in the field of land transport.
3. An agreement on the general directions of youth policy.
4. A regulation for the national coordinators' council for consultative meetings.
5. A "Roadmap" for supporting the health and well-being of the population of the Central Asian region for 2023-2025.

Additionally, within the framework of the summit, a meeting of Foreign Ministers will take place, along with more than ten parallel events, such as the Economic Forum, the International Exhibition of National Products, the meeting of the members of the Dialogue of Central Asian Women Leaders, an exhibition of artists, a forum of rectors of higher educational institutions, an international scientific conference, a meeting of Ministers of Transport, a gala concert featuring masters of culture and art from Central Asian countries, and several other cultural events.

It is worth noting that the fifth consultative meeting of the leaders of the Central Asian countries is scheduled to take place on September 14-15 in Dushanbe. During these days, a meeting of the IFAS (International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea) Council will also be held. The IFAS Council was established in 1993 to address environmental issues and improve the socio-economic situation in the Aral Sea basin. Expected participants in this event are the leaders of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan. Previous meetings were held in 2018 in Astana, Kazakhstan, in 2019 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in 2021 in Avaza, Turkmenistan, and in 2022 in Cholponota, Kyrgyzstan.

Finally, it's worth mentioning that President Tajikistan Imamali Rahmon previously sent a letter to Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, inviting him to participate in this summit.
