1882The press service of the "Railway players" was fined for making openly unfair comments about the officials of the match in the match between "Lokomotiv" of Tashkent and "Dinamo" of Samarkand, which took place in the 24th round of the Uzbekistan Championship. This was reported by the press service of the Professional Football League of Uzbekistan (UzPFL).
According to the source, the match of the "Lokomotiv" team, which played on the road, was broadcasted via Telegram messenger during the match, and inappropriate words were used against the game officials.
There is a separate chapter in the "Superleague and Proleague Regulations" for the refereeing challenge procedure, which explains in detail how this is done. Nevertheless, the Lokomotiv club did not file any official complaint regarding the arbitration. It can be seen that the position of the club's press service and the club's leadership on the game are different from each other.
Super League matches are televised live and replays are available. Also, the VAR system is used in every match of this competition. During the match between "Dinamo" and "Lokomotiv", VAR worked without interruptions, and all details were under control.
Clause 2.2 of "Media Guidelines for Media Representatives Working at Events and Competitions Organized by the League" stipulates that the press secretary of the club is responsible for the materials published on the official pages. The league informs the club that the actions of the press service of Lokomotiv are in violation of both of the above regulations and that a fine will be taken against the club. If this happens again in the future, the League license issued to the press secretary will be revoked and another secretary for the team will be required to be registered with the League.
