Lavrov will pay a visit to Uzbekistan

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will visit Uzbekistan on 28-29 July of the current year. Maria Zakharova, the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, reported this.

It is noted that the minister will participate in the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states, which will be held in Tashkent.

"On 28-29 July, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will participate in the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the SCO member states in Tashkent," RIA Novosti reported.

Zakharova said that the participants of the meeting will discuss the upcoming meeting of the heads of state and current issues on the international agenda.

It should be recalled that Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian citizen Alexander Lukashenko will also come to Samarkand in September.
