A warning was bestowed upon the mayor of Kogon city

Hayot Davlatov, the mayor of Kogon city in the Bukhara region, faced disciplinary action, as reported by the regional government.

The disciplinary measure was imposed on Mayor Hayot Davlatov for significant deficiencies and delays in fulfilling assigned tasks related to neighborhood well-being, including enhancing community participation, implementing criteria for "A healthy neighborhood," "A healthy street," and "A healthy house," as well as for neglecting duties concerning the "Green Space" project and planting early spring crops in residents' homes.

This disciplinary action, referred to as "warning," was administered to Davlatov by order of the regional governor, Botir Zaripov.

For background, Hayot Davlatov, born in 1979 in the Peshko district, holds a higher education. He graduated from St. Petersburg State University in 1999, Bukhara State University in 2006, and the Academy of State and Community Development under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2011, specializing in management and economics.
