Employee of Inbazar was arrested (video)

At the branch of the Inbazar shopping center located in the Sergeli district of Tashkent city, an employee was beaten by another store representative. Today, on September 16, this incident was reviewed by the Sergeli District Court for criminal cases, based on the Code of Administrative Responsibility.

According to the court's decision, the representative of the shopping center who assaulted the employee was found guilty of committing an offense under Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility and was sentenced to 7 days of administrative imprisonment.

Additionally, another employee who filmed the "vigilante justice" was also found guilty of committing an offense under Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility and was sentenced to 5 days of imprisonment.

We remind you that yesterday, September 15, videos circulated on social networks showing the head of the Inbazar shopping center, Omadtillo Kholmatov, either punching his employees or being assaulted himself. In one of the videos leaked online, he is seen hitting and kicking an employee on the ground. In another video, Kholmatov and two other individuals are seen attempting to attack another person on the street. Throughout the videos, Omadtillo Kholmatov insulted his employees and repeatedly attempted to beat them, even recording these incidents. Social network users are now boycotting Inbazar and its products. Kholmatov is currently under investigation.
