Three Uzbeks wanted internationally have been apprehended in Russia. The arrest was made by the Russian police, as reported by "47Channel."

According to the report, these Uzbek citizens are sought internationally for charges related to fraud and document forgery. Among them is a 37-year-old man who, between 2018 and 2020, fraudulently obtained loans in the name of individuals in the Fergana region without their consent. Using forged signatures, he managed to secure loans totaling 528 million soums. Following the transfer of all funds to his account, he utilized the money for personal needs. An international search for this individual was initiated in August 2022.

The second individual, a 29-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan, was apprehended in the Lomonosov district of the Leningrad region. He is also wanted for charges related to fraud and document forgery. As the head of a company, he allegedly misappropriated 30 million soums of others' property using falsified documents. Authorities have been seeking him since September 2022.

The third person, a 22-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan, has been wanted since October 2023 for another fraud-related crime. He was arrested in Gatchina for using someone else's document to obtain a driver's license, affixing his photo and assuming a false identity.

All three individuals, who were residing in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad regions without proper registration, have been reported to authorities in Uzbekistan by the Leningrad police. They are now in detention as a precautionary measure.
