The chief doctor was stabbed in the Kuvasoy hospital

The chief doctor at Kuvasoy Hospital was reportedly stabbed earlier. Social media reports indicated that the head of the medical association in Kuvasoy city was attacked by the husband of a female patient. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Fergana region responded to this incident.

According to the reports, on December 11th of this year, a citizen identified as N.A., who heads a department within this association, allegedly seriously injured the chief doctor with a knife due to a disagreement.

The incident was promptly registered by the DIA in Kuvasoy, and an investigative team was dispatched to the scene.

"Following this situation, a criminal case was initiated by the city 's investigative unit under Article 104, Part 2, Clause 'l' of the Criminal Code. The suspect, N.A., was arrested in accordance with Article 227 of the Criminal Code. The regional DIA has taken over the case, and a legal decision will be pursued," the statement confirmed.
